Game Privacy Policy
Almost Chess, Arcade Undead, and Deckbuilder — published by LYSIU UAB / Hour After.
This notice describes the advertising, purchases, local game data, and support features in these games. Features vary by platform and version. It takes precedence over our general local-only app notice for the games named above.
Game data and support
Game progress, settings, and saved purchase entitlements are stored on your device. Your operating system may include this data in its backups. If you choose to share a result, your selected sharing service handles that information. If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you provide and use them to respond to your request.
Advertising and Google AdMob
These games use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display ads. Almost Chess and Arcade Undead offer optional rewarded ads; Deckbuilder also uses banner and interstitial ads. Ad availability and formats depend on the game, platform, version, and your choices.
Google's SDK may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions such as views or taps, and diagnostic data. Google and advertising partners process this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and maintain their services. Selecting non-personalized ads does not prevent all technical data processing.
For details, see how Google uses information from partner apps and Google's Privacy Policy.
Consent and advertising choices
Where applicable, a Google consent message explains the available choices before ads can be requested. You can revisit the choices through the game's ad privacy control when it is available. You can also manage advertising identifiers and app tracking permissions in your device settings. Where a platform requires tracking permission, that platform's permission applies independently of the consent message.
You can choose not to watch an optional rewarded ad. Where a Remove Ads purchase is offered, the purchase disables ads covered by that product. Restoring purchases allows the game to recognize an existing entitlement. These choices do not delete prior records already held by Google, Apple, or other service providers.
In-app purchases
Apple or Google processes purchases through its store. The game receives product and transaction information needed to recognize, acknowledge, and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Store account, payment, refund, and purchase-history information is governed by Apple's privacy policy or Google's privacy policy.
Purposes, sharing, and legal bases
We use local game information to provide gameplay, purchase information to deliver purchased features, and support correspondence to help you. Advertising information is processed by Google and its partners as described above. Where consent is required for advertising processing, the consent message provides the relevant choices. Processing necessary to provide requested features, prevent fraud, answer support requests, or comply with legal obligations may rely on other applicable legal bases.
We do not sell support correspondence. Advertising services may share device, interaction, or advertising information under their own policies and the choices offered to you. Those services may process information in countries other than where you live.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until you clear it, reset the game where supported, or uninstall the app, subject to operating-system backups. Store records and advertising data are retained according to the relevant provider's policies. We retain support messages only as needed to handle the request, maintain support records, or meet legal obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us about information we hold. For information controlled by a store or advertising provider, use that provider's privacy controls or contact channels.
Children and security
Almost Chess is intended to include children. Starting with version 1.6.3, its ad integration treats all players as children or users of unknown age: it requests child-directed treatment, limits ad content to general audiences, disables personalized advertising, and marks users as under the age of consent so they are not asked to provide advertising consent. Its Android build removes advertising-ID and AdServices identifier permissions. The game does not ask players for a birth date. These protections do not mean the advertising provider processes no technical data; see the advertising section above.
We do not ask children to provide personal details through gameplay. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it. Device parental controls and store purchase restrictions are managed through Apple or Google.
We take reasonable steps to protect information we receive, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Third-party services are responsible for the security of the information they process.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice as the games or their services change. The date above identifies the current version. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@lysiu.com.
